Applying for Naval Academy class of 2016?

I applied for the Class of 2015 and got my nomination but did not get an appointment. I was planning on attending the University of Florida, had gotten accepted and was at orientation where they revealed several hidden costs and changes to our financial aid. As a result we are not able to pay for it and since NROTC was unable to work out there I am at home going to local college for this fall/spring semester. However I would like to reapply to Annapolis. Is it too late to do this now?
