How do I tell my Mother and Father?

Are your mother and father from the hippie era,they sound fun loving,why do you not like mixing with people,if you don't like hugs your parents should respect that but hugs are a sign of caring about you and loving you,you should make friends your own age and hang out and have fun,you don't have to hug or kiss anyone if you don't want to but there is no harm in having friends.
