Is Lucas' upA in SSBB PK love?

I noticed That All of Lucas' psi ability's in the game look like hexagon's, like Pk love. Also his Up A Look's just like when he pull's the needle. Light and all. I also noticed his down A might be pk ground because 1: It hit's the ground 2: It hit's multiple times, and 3: It has a small chance of tripping the enemy just like in mother 3.
