How do I find he perimeter and area of regular polygons when only given a distance for the radius?

I have six regular polygons that only give me a distance from the center of the shape to one corner. How could i use that to determine the area and perimeter? I have a regular triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, and a 12-gon. The triangle has a measure of 4m from center to corner. Square - 8in. Pentagon - 3ft. Hexagon - 7cm. Octagon - 10m. 12-gon - 1mi. Please Help
