20 gallon hexagon fish tank fishes is this ok?

ok so i got a 20 gallon hexagon fish tank and after cycling it im thinking of getting 3 guppies,3 platy's and 2 dwarf puffers is that ok? is it over stocked should i take any of them of the list and what do dwarf puffers eat?
