Can anyone tell me where to get the cloth for Joker's blue shirt?

I have been looking for the blue hexagon patterned material to make a custom Joker's shirt for halloween, but I can't seem to find the pattern anywhere. I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong places but I just don't know what else to do. I saw that several places had authentic looking shirts and even some with the vest he wears, but I want to make one myself. Please help me with any ideas, other than weaving or dying the cloth myself. (lol) Thanks ahead of time.
