Does the Sony HDR XR550v Camera Have 0 Lux Nightshot?

I was wondering if my Sony HDR XR550v has 0 Lux nightshot and or can see stealth infrared NOT visible infrared for im wanting to buy a stealth infrared flashlight on ebay and dont want to have to pay 5 bucks for a demo infrared flashlight to test my camera out to see if it works and wondering if it will improve the nightshot visibility? The one im buying says "Your STEALTH INVISIBLE INFRARED VIEWER MUST be able to view Infrared Wavelengths between 850nm-1000nm, (the invisible Higher portion of the Infrared Wavelengths) which match the output of our Flashlights/Spotlights in TOTAL DARKNESS.
