IPhoto disappeared?!?!?!?!?

I cant find it anywhere, I looked in Spotlight and Finder and its not anywhere!!! I opened up Iphoto Library Manager and clicked "Launch Iphoto" and it said an error occured. Help please I want our photos back!!!!
