Is my character a Mary Sue?

I do think she is a Mary Sue. For one thing: I don't really care what size breasts she has... How do you make her normal? Give her flaws: something that she can't do; something she is deathly afraid of and may have to encounter frequently (i.e. stage fright). We need to be able to relate to her - to understand her. Right now, the main thing I like about her is her name.
